<p>My afp screen came back highly elevated (18 MoM), and they told me that my risk of neural tube defects has risen to 1:4. That's a pretty scary number, and I was just wondering if anyone else has had experience with something similar and had any more information. I'm going in tomorrow for a follow-up ultrasound.
